No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind — Deciding you no longer want a product after purchase.
- User error — Incorrect installation, failure to follow setup instructions, or use on unsupported hardware or operating systems.

- Third-party updates — Software downtime caused by routine updates to external applications is outside our control.
- Platform bans — We are not responsible for bans or account restrictions imposed by external platforms.
- Non-usage — Failing to use an active license or subscription does not entitle you to a refund or extension.
- Terms violations — Access revoked due to a breach of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or unauthorized distribution.
Lifetime & Forever Subscriptions
Subscriptions described as "Lifetime" or "Forever" grant access only for as long as the specific service remains available. If a service is discontinued, no refunds or compensation will be issued.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension of your account and all active licenses. We reserve the right to submit digital delivery records to the payment processor to dispute any fraudulent claims.
Account Violations
Accounts found sharing, reselling, or otherwise distributing subscriptions, or attempting to tamper with or bypass our software or security features, will be permanently banned without refund.
